Bit of a sore point with us …it has taken over a month to get the landlords of the property next door to us to agree to fix their broken fence, which stops us from letting our dog into our own garden.
Goodness knows when it will actually get fixed 🙂

  2. Michael says:

    What is “adverse possession”?

  3. Dave says:

Adverse possession is the legal principle that if Party A has exercised exclusive control property owned by Party B for a statutory period of time without objection from Party B, then Party A acquires ownership of the property. Adverse possession must be visible, intentional, and continuous for the required period.

Elizabeth, of course I didn’t mean that all property disputes or boundary issues are entertaining.
