Where There’s a Will

It’s not often a will dispute makes the news.  However, you know it’s going to be fun with £18 million at stake and and a sole beneficiary described by the judge as a “cunning, amoral, selfish and vindictive woman who only thought of herself and showed no interest in the thoughts of others”.

Linda Supple didn’t do a very good job of covering her tracks when she forged her father’s will and cut out her half-brother.  She’ll probably get assessed costs for the litigation, but she ought to go to jail.

Sometimes I miss practicing law.
